Recycler Virus Removal, BV:AutoRun-G[Wrm] Antivirus Tool & Removing

Some days back I got some Questions on Recycle Virus Removing?

Here are this questions:

Q.1: I have Run a process manager that displays the remote and local ports that process is connected to. Then look for a program running on port 6660-6669. Run the scan, enable my A/V and reconnect to the internet. Run a full scan with your anti-virus scanner, this time it should be able to remove viruses found in System Volume Information folder. But It didnt work what to do?

Q.2: I tried to remove recycle virus from AVG Free. IT is easy to use and will not slow your system down (low system . AVG Anti-Virus doesn't detect it even though I can see it is scanning the virus files. Trend Micro Internet security shows everything safe even when I delete the folder and it regenerates while Trend Micro is running. AVG doesn't have a posted solution or a way to remove them, Please help?

I thought the trusted and most used solution will be to try these three following methods.

Method 1:

1. You can Search for the process called CTFMON.EXE in your task manager and kill it there.
2. You can also Search CTFMON.EXE file in the Startup menu and delete it.
3. You can boot your system in safe mode and open the command prompt.
4. You should Disable hidden, system, and read only attributes for autorun.inf and recycled folder delete them.
5. Do try to empty your recycle bin every now and then.
6. Do Repeat these steps for all the data drives on your computer.
7. You can see registry editor and modify the NoDriveTypeAutoRun entry with 03ffffff value after searching it in following registry folders:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARE
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWARE

8. Reboot and scan your system with latest antivirus software.

Method 2:

1) You can Download Flash Disinfector and save on any of your non windows drive.
2) Double click on it and it will ask you to insert USB flash drive and click ok. Do so.

Method 3:

Try to delete it through run tool in start up

  1. Type cd\. > type attrib –r –s –h +a *.inf. >>Type del autorun.inf. >> Type attrib –r –s –h +a recycled. >> Type cd recycled. >> Type del *.* and confirm the deletion. >>Type cd\. >> Type rmdir recycled.
This will clean recycle virus from your disc.

Restart your system and unplug all the internet connections if there and Run Virus scan of all of your disc.

This virus also named as : BV:AutoRun-G[Wrm], Recycler virus and mostly spread through USB pen drives.

Be careful next time while installing any of your friends USB pen Drive.
