1. Scan With out installing anti virus.
First copy sdat file in C Drive.
Go to run type c:\sdat1234.exe /e c:\Scan command
This will extract sdat file in scan folder which will locate in c drive.

Now for scanning go to run type cmd then type following command
cd\
c: cd scan
c:scan\ scan /adl /all /clean

2. Update Mcafee Anti virus software.
Just double click on sdat file it will automatically update your software.
